That virtually says that 8 lug hubs and 7K spring packs is the only real difference between 5200 to 7K axles. Hmmmm
While I was rolling around under the trailer bleeding the new brakes I noticed the axles. Stamped on the tube is CAP 7000# D70. Along side is a white sticker that says D60 with the order number and PO#.
