Further speaking in "practical terms" you have good info as to major machining processes. We're only talking about a couple of @1/8" holes and believe me, our pin boxes drill and tap easily. As for drilling into the rubber snubber inside a MorRyde pin box … it's just a rectangular chunk of rubber bolted inside the cavity similar to motor mount material. If you did drill it with a bit the size we are talking … I doubt if it would of issue.
Mtlakejim had a good observation … several of us have screwed or bolted on one of those big Accu Level levels at some point in RV ownership without looking back. I think we're close to stacking up way too many brain cells on this topic.
