Okay, so is that really a paper plate with something sprayed on it?
I ask because I was outside just now and saw a freakin' wasp go in the furnace. We have the exhaust (?) vent covered with a screen that has very small holes, but I guess we need to protect the rest of the exterior cover.
Never had this issue before, but we're back in Texas. Ugh.
If there's a nest already in there, how do you kill it and remove it? Wouldn't think spraying wasp spray up in there would be a good idea because of combustibility? Can I just turn on the furnace and burn 'em out?
Shotgun is
not an option!
See? I did read the thread. Glad I wasn't drinking anything . . .
The other question is - go ahead and laugh or bring on the comments such as are in this thread already
- can the wasp get
inside the rig via the outside?
Oh the joys of being back in Texas during Summer! Said no one ever!
Thanks, ya'll!
UPDATE: Waited until I saw the wasp trying to get back in again. Covered the vents with 3M Cold Weather Tape as a quick fix-it. Love that stuff.
