The Lippert instructions did say a second quart of fork oil or the CAT fluid could be needed if one did not work. The only time I use anything under the jacks is if the park requires it, usually due to blacktop paving of the sites, or if we are in a soft area that may allow the pads to sink. Pavement or concrete, have no popping at all.
