Thanks Everyone, Now the wife has seen a 3100RL and thinks that floor plan would be a better size for her (us?) SO, in her looking we found 2 3100RL units @CW in Strafford, Mo. Since the search has now turned from used to new, if you guys look at their pricing, what do you think? We are in Springfield, Mo so they are close to us.

We no longer full time, only 4-5 months south in the winter, week long trips in the spring and fall and 2 months in Colorado.

Neither have the 2nd a/c, or dual pane windows, so they may not work for me. My last 5th had single pane and the M/H had dual pale and there was quite a difference in both sound and thermal difference.
