Wonderful!  Do you mean the cable is loose like this picture? http://i44.tinypic.com/2ica3ur.jpg This is the top right corner after the adjustment... I think I could see it in your picture as well at the top.
I like Bingo's idea and go right to the source... Perhaps it is because the large slides we're having the issues with is like he says... a problem with the rollers.... Not enough rollers for the size? I dunno?
All of our other slides work great...
lol... Maybe we'll bump into each other in Oregon next summer...

Yes that is exactly what my cable looks like and its even the same side. I think mine is a little looser. Its tight when it goes in but loose when out. Reading all the BAL information tells me it is NOT supposed to be like this. Like you all my other slides work great!.
I want to call the manufacture, just have not had any time. But I will. Let me know what you find out if you talk to them and i will do the same.
Maybe we can get a 2 for 1 deal in Oregon to get it fixed LOL.
