Wow! That's a lot of refrigerators! Yeah, I wasn't thinking about full-timers. I'm definitely not a minimalist! lol We have two refrigerators and three freezers in our house too. I have't bought a 1/4 or 1/2 cow in a while though. All my kids are grown and the one who eats the most lives in China now. So I'm just trying to downsize as much as I can. Not out of the whole minimalist trend, but because we are getting older and simply don't have the energy to maintain so much stuff anymore. I would love to go full-time but can't talk my husband into it yet. We seriously want to move and start a new chapter in our lives but haven't figured out exactly where we want to move to yet but it is fun moving around in the camper to figure it out.
