Owner's manual

While I agree that the Keystone Owner's manual is much of an improvement over not having one, I have to complain about the poor (in most cases, terrible) grammar that went into the manual. Keystone needed to have someone with an editoral background revise this manual before they released it to the public. True, I make my living developing training manuals, but there is no excuse for the pitiful grammar that went into this manual. My third grade teacher would be incensed that a major company would let this be published. Also, there is too much usage of the word "should" as in "maintenance should be done." I wonder what Keystone's response is going to be when I ask for warranty coverage but didn't perform this maintenance because the manual said "should" and not "do it."
