Swanny, I hope you meant reverse threaded not left-handed.... I can't recall the clever name, but I wonder if that infomercial with the dual tap outs would work. The first tap creates a seat for the second tap and the second tap removes the broken screw. I am not sure it's got the beef for fixing this problem.
