We really didn't know much about induction stove tops until we recently took delivery of our SOB MH. I suspect as more and more RV of all price points continue to go to all electric you will start seeing these instead of propane.

In ours it is a simple 2 burner combination and extremely light weight and thin. It lifts out and unplugs from a regular electrical outlet underneath the cabinet and it made to carry outside for use. Since our coach is all electric we love the fact they put this in instead of a regular electric range top.

Of course the DW's favorite set of pans went into storage but she found the perfect small set for under $100 on sale.
