When I bought my previous 2007 F350 FX4, Ford actually had a TSB (technical service bulletin) that advised those trucks may be too high in the rear to tow a 5er. TSB solution was to replace the 4" blocks under the axles with 2" blocks to drop the rear 2". I had the dealer do that. When I traded for my current 2012 F350 FX4 I did not do it and my 3075RL does sit a little nose high. But not enough to be a problem. But with the new trucks being about 2"-3" higher than my 2012 it would sit too high.

I don't know if the TSB is still being issued, or if the block change is still an option. Worth asking. If I bought a 2017 I would want to drop the rear a little. They are just far to high to be practical.
