Pete, I suggest you contact Keystone about it. Our prior Montana developed bubbles on the outside, above the shower. It was still under warranty. Keystone suggested two places in their vicinity in Indiana and also said I could find a repair facility in my own area and they would work with them to take care of it. I took it to Fox RV in Middlebury, IN.

The cause of mine differs from yours but I'll post it here in case it helps anyone else avoid this problem. I had noticed the bottom of the shower walls were not caulked and had our dealer caulk them. I found out later this likely caused the problem as condensation from the heat of the shower is supposed to drain out through the bottom of those shower walls. I had them closed off. Moisture found another way out, loosening the glue in the walls in the process.
