Jeff, you can also call Lippert/LCI Customer Service and tell them the problem. They will work you through a diagnostic check of the system over the phone and can usually solve your problem and tell you what to do. Their Customer Service is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone that might be having problems with anything that is on your unit that is made by Lippert/LCI!
