Two things I found out about TO2 aluminum wheels, one they are pressure dependent on the valve stem, but you need metal valve stems for sure that are rated for 110 psi. Second on one website the specs were 3750 @ 110 psi.
IMO you are good to go, but I would still check with Tireco, to be sure, plus its doubtful your fifth wheel is heavy enough on the axles to have to run 110 psi for the weight rating you have on those Sailuns @ 4080 per tire. I run mine 95-100 psi.
