I had a high altitude issue with my water heater that was adjustable at the water heater but no issue with heater. Would recommend turning off both your gas bottles and then opening the valves again very slowly. Sometimes the regulator senses a leak when the valves are opened quickly and restricts flow.

AZ Traveler...I did as you said and so far so good. The other day the furnace wouldn't even come on. Thanks for the tip, I will remember this one!
