Are you sure you did not get a bad batch of Eternabond. If you look cross eyed at that stuff it sticks. It would have to be extremely chalky for it to not stick at least initially. On my last trailer I just washed the roof and stuck it down and it was still stuck good when I sold it. I have never heard of this problem that's why I ask...
