I added a Brinkman battery powered sparker to our oven and absolutely love it. Shop around, I found one at a Home Depot/Lowes competitor (Menards- midewest only) much cheaper than ordering direct from Brinkman. I get sort of anal on these projects, so I bought some high temperature teflon tubing from McMaster-Carr to keep the wire in the oven well insulated. I'm not sure I needed to, but I didn't want to revisit this project- too many others to do yet.
