I'm not saying you can lower the pin box I have had to do on other 5er of my own. As you can see there is a lot of problems with frame flex out there on all brands!
If this was true the manufactures of pin boxes would not have the adjustment
available for you to use without a warning of possible damage to the camper or at least a statement of voided warranty if you do. Keystone and others would have done this if it was a potential problem now or in the future.
Generic statements ? Given the number of units sold in the last couple of years the few with fame issues is very very small certainly not "a lot".
