If it is very humid, a lot of the cooling capacity will go into condensing water from the air, in which case there should be a lot of water running off the gutters. If it is frozen, it will stop condensing any water from the air, and the gutters will drip little or no water. Just my rule of thumb, but it may help you figure out what is going on.
How's the F-1 racing? Would not mind being there, but I don't know about all that heat.
