This is something I have been flowing closely. I had a 2015 F150 and now a 2018 F150. They take the same headlights as yours. Diode Dynamics makes the best ones. They are fairly pricey $150 pre set for low beam and another $150 for high beams. The problem with the cheap ones is they blind oncoming traffic. They aren’t very well focused. Go to Diode Dynamic and check them out.
