I had the same problem earlier this year. Fresh tank wouldn't take on water, so I put some heat in the basement for awhile and it then worked properly. Happened twice. Oddly enough, both times after I had used the tank heater overnight. Second time the same thing happened, and i believed the tank began to fill until i had water pouring out of the coroplast around the tank drain (not through it). Punched a couple of drain holes through the coroplast across the bottom which drained for awhile. Waiting for good weather to try to figure it out. Heated hose now.
