Officially The service center does warranty work only .You can not call and make a appointment for Non- warranty work at the service center. It is true that when the camper is in for work they may correct items they feel are connected with the warranty work. You can call and ask them to refer you to a local repair facility or local dealer that can do the work. They have addressed things like the frame flex issue out of warranty but I believe that was worked out between them and Lippert.
