Unless they changed things big time, the top is for winterizing, middle is city water, and bottom is black tank flush. I agree they could do a better job with there labeling.
The fantastic just set for what ever temperature you want. If will go faster the further it gets from the desired temp.
Also the two dump value in the convenience center are for black water and shower on most models, there is a third value on the frame just in front of the left front tire. Normally ship open, so if you were on full hook up you may not of noticed it. It hold the galley water. There are others here with the same model, so I am sure they will set us straight.
