The Mor/Ryde is a shock absorbing equalizer. Adding another shock, in my opinion would be a redundancy. There have been a few delamination problems with the rubber shock absorber in the Mor/Ryde, but I have not heard of that occurring lately. I had to replace one of mine due to delamination. My 340 RLQ is the Big Sky version of the 3400 RL. My 2008 rig was manufactured in July 2007. Later rigs supposedly have the delamination issue resolved.
