Don-- While up on the roof and checking the vent cover and the vent itself, you might want to remove the cover and have Ann open the power vent some. You might have a gasket that is letting the rain in that way under the vent door or cover. I have seen where the units will not close completely also. Have Ann run the power vent up and down a few times and make sure the vent cover closes completely. Aside from that, and you say you don't have any cracks up there around the vent, it had to be the wind driving the water under the power cover and into the vent itself or around it.
