We had a horrific rain storm last night. The vent in the kitchen over the sink island developed a leak along one edge. Never had a leak prior. Do I need to reseal the vent? If so what do you recommend I use. Why did it start leaking now - wear? We are leaving Florida on Saturday this week and I want to repair it before we head out.
