Again, I stress the importance of where the unit is being jacked if tires are changed or brakes worked on. Even if you had your dealer do it, they may have had a rookie tech jack it up and work on it and that could have done the damage OR they may have hit a curb or a pothole in the dealership and did the damage. One never knows! I caught a mechanic at a tire shop I want to to get a tire replaced and he was about to jack the unit on the axle tube itself until I jumped his butt and told him where to jack it properly. He said he'd never heard of that but did as I told him or I'd have had another trip to the alignment shop! Good luck with yours!
