We just got back from spending some time at The Vineyards Campground in Grapevine. There is a guy that comes in there and does a ton of business washing and waxing rigs, but I can't remember the company name, and I have never inquired about the pricing. I believe he had a "214" area code on the truck so he probably goes all over the metroplex. If I had the campground brochure with me I could provide his contact info because I think they advertise on the park map. I would suggest calling the Vineyards and ask them for the name.
