At our summer spot, we have our 2013 Big Sky oriented north to south with the ds to the east. The morning heats up the interior of the trailer in a hurry if we don't put out the awning and the 2 ACs have a hard time keeping it under 80. Once the sun is overhead, we don't get a lot of heat gain until the sun hits the west side of the trailer. If we were oriented east to west, I don't think heat gain would be much of a issue.
