If you are hooked up to shore power in a park or elsewhere, then there is a ground to the power connection. If you are dry camping and are using a generator, there is no grounding. There will be bonding between the various components through the coax and power cable to the dish, but this is not a ground. We've had our Trav'ler since January 2013, and have never had an issue with grounding. We did experience a utility power hick-up several years ago that took out both of our receivers and we had to replace them with Walley's, and that was the push off the fence that made me install a Progressive hardwired EMS, but that's another story.
