Going to Home Depot in just a few minutes. I am not sure what the compression fittings look like, but I will ask.
Dave,
When you disconnect the supply lines from the faucet, look inside the supply line connector. Slipped over the supply line itself will be a white rubber cone shaped washer. This is the compression fitting. It can easily and carefully be removed by using a small screwdriver to pry it off. These fittings are different for the "PEX" type plastic supply lines used in our rigs and copper lines used in a stick home, thats why I think you will have to go somewhere that sells the "PEX" type fittings to get the replacements. You can take a chance that they won't leak after you put your new faucet in and not replace them, but it is a good idea to replace them to ensure you don't have any leaks. Hope this clears it up a little more for you. Good luck and let us know how the project turns out.

Jack
