EUREKA!! I found the restriction. Remove the hose from the sprayer handle. Inside of the handle you will see a little white check valve, remove that with a small screwdriver or tweezer. Next you will see another white disk, that is the culprit. I took it out, and since it also acted as a spacer for the check valve I just drilled out the hole to its max diameter. It looks like a top hat. The hole was about 1/16" I opened it to close to a quarter inch. I reassembled in reverse order and got a big increase in flow.
