Dianna will be having abdominal surgery for internal repairs on May 1, 2007. This piled on top of the broken foot and bruised ribs brings significant stress to her at this time.
This repair will improve her health, but the long term prognosis for the repair indicates that 30% of these surgeries will have to be repeated. Our hope and prayer is that hers will have an optimal outcome.
Her surgery will require 2 days in the hospital and then 10 days of close care on my part at home followed by 6 weeks recovery time. We are trying to prepare her for this procedure with supplements to strengthen her and to hasten her recovery. Please pray our Lord will protect her and that the procedure will be successful.
Our decision to return to the States has proven to be a wise one.
