The Oxygenic has a life time Warranty Last Summer our's fell on the shower floor and broke.
They asked for the receipt which I did not have must be 8,9 years old.
They did accept a picture of the broken unit which I emailed received replacment unit no charge in a few days.

We used the original head for a few days waiting for the replacment Oxygenic what a differance.

Remember to keep your receipt
You can add a turn off valve which you can purchase at a Hardware store.
