Check your roof
I was on the roof the other day checking all the caulking. Everything looked good but something told me to check real close. The tv antenna is off to the side of the trailer so I knelt down and checked the side facing the edge of the trailer. The antenna is raised off the roof a bit and the caulking they had put around the base had sagged and left 3 gaps along the side. Had I not noticed this, alot of moisture would have entered the roof.
