We have a short bed and a Reese slider. We now have a 2013 3582RL and so far have not had to use the slider but you can see what can happen from Drifty1's photo. I have the slider "just incase". With the newer nose caps on the Montana's and other units it is a lot easier to make those sharper turns BUT don't get over confident and think you can make any turn you want because you could end up like Drifty1!
