We actually have our ladder stored in pvc pipe as you have pictured. I was thinking of our fresh water hoses in a latchable box type attached to the underbelly. I was thinking of moving them underneath it give more space in the basement and still keep them clean as long as it is a closed space. I have not seen anything like this. Have you???
