X4 on the PDI...DO NOT LET THEM RUSH YOU. Also MAKE them turn on or make everything work. Do not accept an explanation that this is how you turn on something, make them actually turn it on and make it work. Everything from TV's to the sewer flush. That will accomplish 2 things, one it makes sure it all works, and number 2 it is easier for you understand HOW it works if you do it or see it done. Even if you know how it works make it work. When I just bought my Montana they tried the "there's the TV antenna and there's the porch light". Well when I made them try to run up the antenna it did not work and the neither did the porch light.
