Michelle and Ann have hit the nail on the head. I had the same problem with our zone one and the dealer took the return covers off, cleaned the filters and also inspected the ducting. One of the ducts was collapsed and would not let enough return air come to the unit to give the cooling effect. They took a piece of lath or something else and propped or wedged it into the flex duct and problem solved. Check it out but since you have a new unit(2014) I'd be taking it back into your dealer and have them check this out. It's still under warranty so use that to take care of any problems you might have with the A/C and while it's there, make a list of any other small/large problems and have them take care of those right away too.
