The factory is not interested. It is out of warranty. Bottom line is,right now, we do not want this thing as we have zero confidence in the reliability of the unit. We really want to take a look at what is going on when the underbelly is dropped to replace the tanks. We had 5 failed tanks on the 06 3400.We will not deal with that on this unit. We will make a final assessment of it when we get it home and can take a good look at the build quality and attempt to predict what future failure's may be. We will drop the front cap and check for proper welds or stress points. We have wall panels popping out and the chair bottoms falling out because of the quality of the brads used in construction. We need to address the chipping of the big sky paint on the front over hang.

we had planned to install the Moy Ryde IS system on this unit since we are high end users. We will not spend that money if we determine the unit is not worthy of it.

Those who are low end users will probably never see the issues we are having. We are not full timers but long timers and we do a lot of road miles and live in this thing many months out of the year.

This could mean a large financial loss for us and perhaps a end to our Rv'ing days so we are taking this very seriously and will make decisions on facts and data not on emotion.
