This year we ordered another one from Costco for our house and got one modelup which is 14" high. Very comfortable and no topper required. Was heavier though and wouldn't want the extra weight for the trailer.
I agree, the memory foam beds are heavy. I would rather carry batteries than bed. I'm glad you found a solution that is comfortable. We sleep on a Costco 14" MF in the house. Great bed.
