Partial Power Outage

I have experienced this problem personally and helped a neighboring Montana RVer find the same solution for his. It turned out in both cases the problem is where the female 50A plug goes onto the male receptacle on your trailer.
The fix was simple, DO THIS: Go to the pedestal and turn off the breaker. Disconnect the 50A cord from your trailer, then reconnect the 50A cord and then make sure it is turned as far as it will go to lock it in. Turn on the pedestal breaker. You should be good to go unless one of the wires is undone in your plug/cord.
In my situation I just failed to turn and lock the 50A plug into the socket; doing that assures that you have a solid connection. This will likely solve your problem since what you describe is the same as my experiences - outlets are out on one side of the trailer.
Good luck.
