The others have answered most of your questions. We have an RV fridge and run it all the way down to Florida. We’ve done this for nine years. We stay at Walmarts. Always check to make sure it’s ok. There is a list a available online called no park Walmarts.

Plan your route and especially the timing. You do not want to arrive in Atlanta anywhere near rush hour.

Aparantly part of I75 is closed at some point, I don’t know where. You may want to check it out.
