2019 3121 Same problem. Ours was closed off, and could not open it to drain. Bought a Valtarra 10ft cable, drilled a hole close to the factory grey valve (be carful of the location) and installed it close to the factory grey valve. The factory cable is 6ft long and not a very easy job, it takes two people, but it can be done. I now have a black, and two grey dumps next to each other. The cost was $ 36.04 Amazon, the dump valves that Montana uses is LaSalle Bristol. The cable fits fine into it. One more thing be care full of the island and shower drains ours leaked. The sink and shower couplings weren't tight. The sink I used plumbers putty, the shower I used the "white" PVC thread sealant.
