Keep in mind the time of the year you plan on traveling there. Many of the parks were very over full capacity. long wait lines to enter parks, then no parking. Spring break will cause the parks to fill fast.Also jeep safari week at Easter in Moab. Summer as well, but then you also have to contend with the summer heat in southern Utah 100 deg. plus.
These parks are basically in my "backyard". Late winter or fall has worked out well for us. If you want to see snow in the parks then this time of year will work. Check out Monument Valley if you have never been there.
