I run between 58-60. If any traffic begins to stack up behind me, I just pull over to alleviate the problem. The optimum mileage for my truck is obtained at those speeds while towing. I am the one who has to pay my fuel bill so I don't much care about whether I am driving too slow for some. Since I drive to the right, there is always a lane for those desiring to drive faster to pass.
