I installed a 12V ARB 150 psi twin air compressor in my TV. I mounted it in the bed to the side wall out of the wayl. I ran a SS braided line to a 5 gallon aluminum air tank underneath the bed. I have more than enough air for any road side tire emergency. To air up tires, use a pnumatic bottle jack and impact gun.It is not cheap but it is a great compressor with a 100% duty cycle. It was design for the 4x4 off-road community to air up tires and run air lockers systems. They also make a portable unit if you don't want a fixed mount.
