I am attempting to install a perko battery kill switch in my Montana.
Does anyone know if it is ok to use a heavier guage battery cable from the positive side of the battery to the switch?
I have a #2 guage red cable that already has the lugs on each end.
Someone said you should use a #6 guage, or heavier, wire. I just wanted to make sure the #2 guage wouldn't be Too heavy.
The cable is about 4 ft long.
Any thoughts?
