On our rig, I started out with a one handed grease gun, and switched to a two handed lever style gun. It works so much better. This is still assuming the zerks are good. Also, the reason for lifting the rig is because they may have gotten some of the wet bolts turned so the load is on the holes where the grease is supposed to come out.
