What's your definition of "low speed"? You'll not lock them up in the 15-20 mph range ... your trailer weighs too much. Like said ... you'll get a skid at very low speeds on sand or gravel. You don't want them to lock up anyways ... a 38' fiver trying to pass your truck sideways would be damned scary. Now if you had a much lighter 18' trailer ... this would be a whole different conversation.
